Lifestrong Network

The LifeStrong Network is a resource designed to help young men and women share information, experiences and form relationships that will assist in developing their personal and professional lives. The LifeStrong Network offers help in the areas of resume writing, interview tactics, LinkedIn presence, Job Search and others. Members of the LifeStrong Network also receive one-on-one coaching to provide them with a custom approach depending on where they currently are in their professional lives and what may work best for them as an individual.

LifeLines

The Lifelines Webinar

Quarterly virtual seminars that include professionals, subject matter experts, coaches and industry/community leaders to provide insight and wisdom in various topics and areas.

Lifestrong Academy

The LifeStrong Academy provides a learning experience via online courses that are taught by real professionals. A hybrid mix of live (online) and study materials are the recipe for a great learning experience.

With courses ranging from entrepreneurship to COMPTIA certification exam preparation, Lifestrong Academy provides an assortment of training courses for people to re-position themselves in the corporate world.

This program is for youth between the ages of 14 to 17 and interested in learning skills to prepare them for their personal and professional future.

About Us

Each year, more and more people of color are met with various complexities here in the United States. While there are more people of color attending college institutions and receiving degrees, there is a huge disparity in the number of jobs between them and their white counterparts.

The Lifestrong Project desires to eliminate these issues by providing young people of color necessary training, guidance and coaching to assist them in traversing through the countless issues they very well may encounter in their lives. We believe that leaders are developed, and leadership is a continuous learning process. This is the mentality we approach these issues with. We aim to not only empower the individual, but to create a powerful network of support to assist them throughout their lives. Our hope is that the leaders that are developed through The Lifestrong Project will use their acquired knowledge and resources to assist their younger counterparts, thus creating a continuous cycle of support.
